These terms govern use of the RINCRAFTEDWEB LLC website and engagements for web design, digital design, SEO setup, and related maintenance services.
Services
Package descriptions and starting prices on the website are informational. Final scope, timeline, and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins. Work begins after agreed kickoff materials and any required deposit are received.
Quotes & payments
Invoices are due as stated on each invoice. Late or incomplete payments may pause delivery. Third-party fees (hosting, domains, stock assets, paid plugins) remain the client’s responsibility unless expressly included.
Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate business information, timely feedback, brand assets, and content they have rights to use. Clients remain responsible for legal claims, regulated industry statements, and the accuracy of product or service descriptions published on their sites.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, clients receive agreed usage rights to final deliverables created for their project. RINCRAFTEDWEB LLC may retain working files and non-confidential process materials. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries remain with their respective owners.
Limitations
Services are provided on a professional-effort basis. RINCRAFTEDWEB LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, search-ranking outcomes, or third-party platform outages. Total liability related to a project is limited to fees paid for that project in the prior three months.
